IGNOLUXBIT is a one-person indie game studio. This page explains what data our games and website collect, and what we do with it. The short version: as little as possible.
What we collect
On the games and website (ignoluxbit.com and subdomains):
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, privacy-first page views. We see which games are popular; we do not see who you are.
- Your browser's localStorage — your best scores, play counts, cosmetic preferences, and "splash seen" flags are stored on YOUR device. They never leave it.
- Google AdSense (when active, not before Game 10 per our public build plan) — may show ads. AdSense may use its own cookies per its policies. You can opt out via your Google account Ads settings.
What we do NOT collect
- Your name, email, phone, or address.
- Your location.
- Your contacts, photos, or files.
- Your behavior across other websites.
What you can do
- Clear your browser's localStorage to reset all scores and preferences.
- Use a privacy extension to block AdSense if you prefer.
- Contact us (see below) if you have questions.
Ads
When AdSense becomes active, ads may be personalized based on your Google account settings (if any). This is controlled by Google, not by IGNOLUXBIT. See Google's privacy policy.
Children
The games are all-ages-appropriate. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If AdSense is active, ads served to users detected as under 13 will be non-personalized per Google's COPPA policies.
Your rights
Since we do not collect personal information:
- There is nothing to access, correct, or delete from our side.
- You can clear your local device data any time by clearing browser storage.
- EU/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA), India (DPDP) rights apply to any data we do hold — which currently is: none.
Contact
Privacy questions: contact via our GitHub. A dedicated privacy email will be added when the studio has one.
Changes to this policy
If we collect more data later (e.g. if we add accounts), we'll update this page and note it at the top. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
