By playing games on ignoluxbit.com or any of its subdomains, you agree to these terms. They are meant to be simple and fair.

The games

The games are free to play. We may display ads (via Google AdSense) starting after we ship 10 games. You are not required to interact with ads.

What you can do

• Play the games for personal enjoyment.
• Share links to the games with friends.
• Record gameplay videos, stream, or write reviews. We encourage this.
• Take screenshots and post them with attribution to IGNOLUXBIT.

What you can't do

• Copy, modify, or rehost the games on other domains.
• Reverse-engineer or de-obfuscate the game code.
• Sell products that use the IGNOLUXBIT brand, NOLUX.0 character, or game assets without permission.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts against the games.
• Misrepresent content as endorsed by IGNOLUXBIT when it isn't.

Intellectual property

The IGNOLUXBIT studio name, NOLUX.0 character design, logos, game code, artwork, and narrative are owned by IGNOLUXBIT. We retain all rights not explicitly granted above.

No warranty

The games are provided "as is". We do our best to make them work, but we can't promise they'll run perfectly on every device or that they'll be available at all times. If a game breaks, let us know and we'll try to fix it.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, IGNOLUXBIT is not liable for indirect damages from using the games. If you find a critical bug, tell us.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll note the date at the top. Continued play after changes means you accept them.
